Terms & Conditions

The full terms under which Tradezi provides its platform and services to UK tradespeople. Please read carefully before signing up.

Last updated: July 2025

Important: By signing up to Tradezi or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

1. About Tradezi

Tradezi is a UK-based digital platform providing done-for-you digital business services exclusively for UK tradespeople. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Tradezi (the "Company").

By signing up to any Tradezi plan, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, are based in the United Kingdom, are operating a legitimate trade business, and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Our Services

Tradezi provides a done-for-you digital platform including, but not limited to:

  • Bespoke trade website design, development and ongoing management
  • 24/7 online booking system
  • Missed call SMS auto-reply system
  • Automated Google review request system
  • CRM dashboard and customer management tools
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
  • WhatsApp Business integration — applicable plans only
  • Dedicated account management — applicable plans only

The specific features available depend on the plan selected at sign-up. Tradezi reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue features. Where features are added to your plan, you will be notified in accordance with Section 6.

3. Contract Length

All Tradezi plans are subject to a minimum contract term of 24 months from the date your platform goes live. You are committing to 24 monthly payments at your agreed plan rate.

During the 24-month minimum term

Your contract is fixed for 24 months from the date your platform goes live. Early termination during this period does not relieve you of your obligation to pay the remaining monthly fees for the full 24-month term, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tradezi.

After the 24-month minimum term — rolling monthly contract

Once your 24-month minimum term has been completed, your subscription will automatically roll over into a monthly rolling contract at your current plan rate. You do not need to do anything — your platform simply continues running and you continue to be billed monthly.

Want to cancel after your minimum term? You must give us 30 days' written notice by email to hello@tradezi.co.uk. Your platform will remain fully live and operational until the end of your final 30-day notice period. No further charges will be made after that point.

For example: if your billing date is the 1st of each month and you give notice on 10th March, your final payment will be taken on 1st April and your platform will remain live until 9th April — the end of your 30-day notice window.

4. Pricing and Payment

Monthly fees

Tradezi is charged as a monthly subscription. Your plan price is agreed and confirmed at sign-up:

  • Foundation: £99 per month
  • Growth: £199 per month
  • Pro: £299 per month (by application)

Payment terms

  • Payment is due monthly in advance on your agreed billing date
  • Payments are collected by direct debit or card on file
  • Late payment may result in suspension of your platform after 7 days
  • Persistent non-payment may result in termination and pursuit of outstanding amounts
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable

No payment is taken on your initial discovery call. Billing begins from the date your platform goes live and you have confirmed approval.

5. Price Changes

Tradezi reserves the right to review and adjust pricing. Any price increase during your contract term will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' written notice by email. You have the right to terminate your subscription within 30 days of receiving notice of a price increase without penalty.

6. Changes to Services and Terms

Tradezi may need to update these Terms or make changes to the services provided — including adding new features, adjusting service components or updating platform tools — from time to time. When we do:

  • You will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance of any material change
  • If the change represents a material reduction in service, you have the right to opt out within 30 days of receiving notification without incurring an early termination penalty
  • If you continue to use the platform after 30 days, you are deemed to have accepted the changes
  • Where changes are required by law or regulation, we may implement them immediately but will notify you as soon as practicable
  • The addition of new features or tools to your plan at no extra cost does not constitute a material change and does not trigger opt-out rights

Your 30-day opt-out right: If we make any material change to these Terms or to the services included in your plan, you will always have 30 days from notification to cancel your subscription without penalty — regardless of where you are in your contract term.

7. Cancellation and Termination

During the 24-month minimum term

You may request to cancel your subscription at any time during the 24-month minimum term. However, you remain liable for all monthly fees for the remainder of the minimum term unless Tradezi agrees otherwise in writing.

After the minimum term

Once the 24-month minimum term has elapsed, you may cancel your rolling monthly subscription by providing 30 days' written notice to hello@tradezi.co.uk. Your platform will remain live until the end of your final paid month.

Termination by Tradezi

Tradezi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you: fail to make payment, breach these Terms, use the platform for unlawful purposes, or engage in conduct damaging to Tradezi or other clients.

On termination

  • Your website and all associated services will be deactivated at the end of your final paid period
  • You may request an export of your customer data within 30 days of termination
  • Any outstanding balances remain due and payable

8. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure all content provided for your website is accurate, legal and does not infringe third-party rights
  • Hold and maintain all required trade licences and certifications (e.g. Gas Safe, NICEIC, NAPIT)
  • Respond to customer bookings and enquiries made through your platform in a timely manner
  • Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorised individuals
  • Promptly inform us of any changes to your business details, trade or service area

9. Our Responsibilities

  • Build and launch your platform within the agreed timeframe (typically 5–7 working days)
  • Manage and maintain your platform for the duration of your subscription
  • Respond to support requests within the timescales set out in your plan
  • Notify you in advance of any planned maintenance or downtime
  • Aim for 99.9% platform uptime, though we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

10. Intellectual Property

The website content, copy, photography and materials you provide remain your property. The website design built for you by Tradezi is yours upon full payment of all fees due. The underlying platform technology, software, systems, templates and tools used to deliver our service remain the intellectual property of Tradezi at all times and are licensed to you for use during your subscription only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradezi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of our platform, including loss of revenue, loss of customers or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@tradezi.co.uk so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your agreed plan details and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tradezi and supersede all prior discussions, representations or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
